The Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) Deputy Executive Secretary, Dr. Abdalla Hamdok, addresses delegates during the closing ceremony of the fourth edition of the CCDA. The Conference was held from 8-10 October 2014 in Marrakech, Morocco, under the theme: 'Africa can feed Africa'. Dr. Hamdok expressed optimism that Africa has immeasurable ability to translate knowledge into action and that the Conference’s resolutions ought to be implemented.
