Registration fee

A registration fee of 250 Swiss Francs (CHF) has been set to cover the cost of the venue and daily catering costs (coffee breaks and lunch). Participants can apply for financial assistance to attend the Conference and the registration fee will be included in the funding package. The registration fee will be waived pending the decision on the funding applications.
 
Registration fee can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

In respect to bank transfers, all bank charges must be covered by the payee. Please make sure to indicate on your payment instructions to your bank that "All costs borne by ordering customer".   An email confirmation will be sent once the payment has been received.

Cancellation / Refund policy
All refund requests must be received in writing (ihall@wmo.int) by 15 September 2013. No refunds will be issued after this date. A 30 CHF processing fee will be assessed on all registration refunds due to cancellation.

Online billing
If system selected, the payment will be processed by SIX Payment Services with your credit card company and appear on your credit card bill.
The process will be instant. After confirmation on the online platform, you will be able to print a confirmation, which also serves as a receipt. Please keep this document for your records.
 
SIX Payment Services website security is provided by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a recognized authentication and encryption software. In other words, the site becomes locked while you are giving us your information and unlocks only when you leave the secured area, and your number is "encrypted" so it is unreadable to anyone outside the transaction process. WMO guarantees that we will not disclose your personal information to anyone or any third parties.
 
WMO invoices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Currency conversion, if required, will be made by the credit card company.

The minimum technical requirements for use of the WMO online payment system:
