Le Programme Climat pour le Développement en Afrique (ClimDev-Afrique) a clôturé le 23 Janvier 2015 à Addis-Abeba (Ethiopie) trois jours de réunion des experts, et dont les discussions portaient sur le parcours de l’Afrique dans les négociations sur le changement climatique. La réunion avait pour objectif d’affuter les stratégies et attentes de l’Afrique pour la COP21 qui se tiendra vers de l’année à Paris en France.
